Candidate is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Candidate is responsible for accurate /efficient takeoffs, job cost development and bid tracking. Experience using Sage 100 (Masterbuilder) software is a plus.

  • Prepares and maintain status of plan reproduction

  • Ability to breakdown landscape, civil drawings, specifications, addendum & bulletins
  • Clear communication with both clients and internal staff

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and On Screen Takeoff Software

All applicants should have knowledge and experience of all landscape components – reading blueprints and plans, lawn installation, paver and granite installation, use of required equipment. Crews will work together to successfully and profitably complete jobs on time and within budget under the direction of owners, superintendents and project managers.

  • Foreman will supervise and manage landscape crew during the performance of all assigned work and ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment
  • Ensure that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
  • Ensure that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
  • Interact with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles and equipment (if applicable)
  • Monitor all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance
  • Foremen responsible to track and record job expenses and hours worked accurately
  • Reports for duty at designated location on time each day
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • In the off-season, responsible to carry out the instructions of a supervisor to aid in: snow and ice management, equipment and property maintenance
  • Foreman minimum of 5 years’ experience and laborer minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Must have all licenses and certifications.

Candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, accuracy oriented person and must have complete knowledge of irrigation installation, troubleshooting, service & repair.  This is non-exempt position, which is skilled work that required significant knowledge and skills related to irrigation installation and maintenance of all irrigation systems. Work is reviewed by supervisor through direct observation while work is in progress and upon completion. 

  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of complex irrigation system.
  • Responsible for installation of time clocks that operate irrigation systems.
  • Responsible for making necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain all systems in proper working condition.
  • May compile and submit reports and records on conditions of all systems.
  • Responsible for the inventory of parts, supplies and equipment of irrigation systems.
  • Conducts regular system inspections.
  • Maintain irrigation systems including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with irrigation service along with variable references.
  • Considerable knowledge in the field of irrigation, installation, maintenance and repairs.
  • Knowledge of the occupational hazards of the trade and of the proper use of safety practices.
  • Ability to maintain records and submit reports on conditions of all irrigation systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to interpret irrigation plans.
  • Ability to inventory parts, supplies and equipment of irrigation systems.
  • Ability to operate various pieces of maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions and to complete work assignments correctly.

Candidate must have knowledge of blueprint reading, skilled masonry with paver installation, granite installation. Ability to use tools of the trade and equipment. Meet goals relative to estimated time, quality and client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with Owners, Project Managers and Superintendents to complete project in a timely manner within job costs and under budget
  • Maximize productivity and successfully complete installations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site experience

Candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

  • Effective at building and maintaining trust-based professional relationships
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Working with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of quality.
  • Managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances and recommending strategies to lower project costs; reviewing labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project tracking.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Assisting in the preparation of change orders and coordinating receivables, collections with office administrative management team.
  • Present reports defining projects progress , problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to customer on project installation issues; Gathering and analyzing customer needs and interests ; building strong business relationships and providing solutions to challenges ; Providing customers with clear and easy to understand information pertaining to all of our high quality products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate daily and weekly Foreman and Superintendent Activity logs; updating production tracking reports and generating other related reports as needed.
  • Managing labor force & subcontractors to ensure labor budgets are on track.
  • Managing equipment utilization on projects, equipment storage and maintenance.
  • Ensuring that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications & drawings are within budget and on schedule.
  • Representing the Company, interfacing and building relationships with owners, clients, architects, general contractors and subcontractors.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry with extensive field/build experience.
  • Proficient in Project Management software programs including MS Office suite
    ( Word, Excel and Outlook )
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

The Superintendent’s role is one of leader and the leadership displayed by this individual is critical to the project’s performance. Required is on-site supervision and coordination of field operations to successfully complete projects. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

  • Manage production of landscape installation crews
  • Ability to layout work shown on plans including but not limited to hardscapes and landscape elements of work
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors and employees and attending project related meetings
  • Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures and working documents
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise total construction effort (scheduling, engineering, material control/job costs, provide day to day direction of project administrative staff in accounting, purchasing)
  • Inspecting work with approved plans, specifications and standards
  • Demonstrate role model behavior in regards to ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting the company culture
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with landscape, hardscape, softscape, concrete, irrigation and construction production techniques
  • Expert knowledge of construction tools and instruments
  • Proficient with various survey tools and instruments
  • Experience with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Current driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel

All positions for winter season - Snow Plow Drivers, Operators, and Shovelers. Individuals must be available at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays for snow services at commercial properties.

  • Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as snow blowers.
  • Plow drivers, parking lot experience
  • Shovel snow from walks, driveways and parking lots.
  • Spread salt in designated areas.
  • Ability to fill out paperwork and be organized
  • Attendance and punctuality is a must.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
