Project Manager

Candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction project management industry with field/build experience working on $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 projects.

Proficient in typical Project Management software programs: Inclusive of Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, REVIT, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Must be team oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and willingness to travel.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances and recommending strategies to lower project costs.

Present reports defining projects progress, obstacles and solutions.

Representing the company, interfacing and building relationships with owners, clients, architects, general contractors and subcontractors.

Effective at building and maintaining trust-based professional relationships.

Lead the planning and implementation of projects.

Work with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered per contract specifications, on budget, per schedule and with a high standard of quality.

Plan and schedule project timelines.

Assist in the preparation of change orders and coordinating receivables, collections with office administrative management team.

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to customer on project installation issues; Gathering and analyzing customer needs and interests.

Maintaining accurate daily and weekly Foreman logs.

Managing labor force & subcontractors to ensure labor budgets are on track.
