Administrative Assistant

We are looking for administrative assistant to join our team. Candidate must have the ability to multitask, have excellent communication skills and prioritize responsibilities and duties while still being productive in a very fast paced environment. Candidate must also have a valid driver’s license for occasional short travel.

GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Greeting Visitors including applicants

  • Scanning

  • Filing

  • Answer general phone calls

  • File and folder creations

  • Short drives to 2nd office daily and locally needed

  • Inventory tracking

  • Mail sorting

  • Check distribution

DATA ENTRY

  • Time and attendance entries and prep for payroll submission

  • Assist other departments with data entry

  • Assistance in Marketing Tasks

  • Assistance in Insurance Claims

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs is a must

  • Knowledge in Sage 100 Contractor helpful

  • Ability to learn new programs

  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detailed oriented and organized

  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred

WHAT WE OFFER:

SCHEDULE:

8 hour shift, No nights, no weekends
