Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist for a large commercial landscaping company. Candidates should have at least 4+ years in accounts receivable experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-All accounts receivable related tasks
-Progress billing entries in Sage 100 Contractor
-AIA requisition entries in several online platforms
-Reviewing Client accounts aging and contacting for payment status
-Contacting vendors for necessary lien waiver documents
-Spreadsheet creations and data entry
-Obtain and Maintain all Certificates of Insurance for our projects
-Record and Post incoming payments
-Processing Bank Deposits
-Scanning of all documents for a paperless system
-Contact with Project Managers as needed
-Daily communication with Accounts Payable and Account Director
-Schedule Reporting
-Other miscellaneous tasks will also be included in this position.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Knowledge in requisitions and AIA billing
- Knowledge in Lien waiver processing
-Ability to learn several online platforms such as Textura, ProCore, GCPay etc.
-Experience in Accounts Receivable billing
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
-Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
-Ability to adapt to learning new software and procedures as company grows
-High motivation and proactiveness to prioritize as well as ability to follow direction
-The ability to multi-task and manage interruptions in a fast-paced environment
-The ability to be flexible in assisting other areas as needed
-Knowledge of Microsoft program is a must
-Knowledge in Sage 100 Contractor Software is preferable
-Technological ability to manage and keep organized a paperless system

EXPERIENCE:
Accounts Receivable Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

SALARY: $26 to $29 per hour depending on experience and training requirements
